The company has since grown to serve the entire state of Alabama, as well as Florida and Tennessee under the name 20/20 Mortgage. The firm offers a wide range of loan products including FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loans for home purchases and refinancing. They partner with realtors to provide 7-day-a-week pre-approvals and flexible loan terms ranging from 8 to 30 years.
