About Us
Kaplan Remodeling and Construction is a family-owned general contractor with over 15 years of experience serving Central Florida. The company specializes in kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home remodels, and home additions. Owner Johnny Kaplan maintains a personal approach, meeting directly with clients and managing his own dedicated crew rather than using call centers or salesmen. The business provides a comprehensive five-step process that covers everything from the initial consultation and written proposals to permit acquisition and final walkthroughs. They focus on quality craftsmanship, including waterproofed bathroom tiling and custom cabinetry installations. The company is fully licensed and insured, offering a one-year workmanship warranty on all completed projects.
