About Us
EZ Modern Homes is a veteran-owned custom home builder serving the Florida Panhandle, including Escambia, Santa Rosa, and Okaloosa counties. They specialize in building custom homes from scratch, home additions, spec homes, and accessory dwelling units (ADUs). The company uses fixed-price contracts and the JobTread management system to ensure financial transparency throughout the building process. Every project starts with a blank sheet of paper, allowing clients to choose their own layouts, finishes, and fixtures without being restricted to pre-set packages. Operating in areas from downtown Pensacola to Perdido Key, the firm handles everything from permitting and zoning to the final construction. All homes are backed by an insurance-backed structural warranty from Maverick to provide long-term protection for homeowners.
