Cane Rosso began as a mobile pizza oven in Dallas before opening its first brick-and-mortar location in Deep Ellum. The restaurant is dedicated to authentic Neapolitan-style pizza, using high-quality ingredients and traditional wood-firing techniques. Founded by local owner Jay Jerrier, the business has grown to several locations across the area while maintaining its local roots. They are also known for their support of local animal rescue groups through their own non-profit initiative.
